DEPOSIT: A 20% deposit ($446/couple), totaling $2,230 will reserve your weekend. The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

MEALS: Please list any food allergies in your party. All meals are included in price except for Friday's off-site dinner.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
​Event cancellations received prior to 30 days of your scheduled arrival will receive a full refund. Event cancellations received prior to 14 days of your scheduled arrival will receive a refund less a 20% cancellation fee. Event cancellations received within 14 days of your scheduled arrival will receive a refund less a 20% cancellation fee and your $2,230 deposit will be forfeited.
*By registering and paying the deposit for this event, I attest that I have read and understand payment terms and the event cancellation policy. This event date will be reserved once the full deposit is paid. I understand that this event will not be canceled due to inclement weather. I understand that I will be held responsible for any damages to Hampton House located at 1053 Majors Path, Southampton, NY or it's exterior or personal property. I agree to have Hampton House Events, LLC charge my credit card for the deposit and then charge the remaining balance on May 3, 2022 .
